Two Ways to Gather

Sometimes you already know exactly what you want. Other times, you just know you want to do something different. We can work with either.

Already have the event planned?
Rent the Curious Nature space for your private gathering and make it your own. We'll provide the tables, chairs, tea and space; you bring the people, food and plans.

Venue rentals have a one-hour minimum, with additional time allowed for setup and takedown as needed.

Birthdays for Curious Kids
A Different Kind of Birthday Party
For curious kids who would rather make, explore and discover.
Curious Nature can host private children's birthday experiences for up to 8 children, with activities designed around the group's age, interests and chosen theme.
Think herbs, nature, potions, botanical making, creative activities and just enough magic to make the day memorable.
Have a little witch, herbalist, maker or nature-lover in your life? Tell us what they're into and we'll build from there.
The Space
Small. Flexible. Private.
Curious Nature Studio is designed for intimate gatherings rather than large parties.
The tables and seating can be arranged to suit the event, whether you're gathering around the table to create something, explore tarot, celebrate a birthday or simply spend time together.
Some decorations are welcome with prior approval. Setup time will depend on the needs of your event.
For venue-only rentals, we'll help get you oriented and provide reasonable setup and cleanup support, but renters are responsible for setting up and restoring the space for their event.
Food & Refreshments
Bring the Snacks. We'll Put the Kettle On.
Guests are welcome to bring food, birthday cake and non-alcoholic beverages, or arrange their own catering.
Complimentary tea is provided by Curious Nature.
Please note that kitchen facilities, refrigeration and food service are not available.
Pricing
Every Gathering Is a Little Different
A simple venue rental and a fully planned Curious Nature experience aren't quite the same thing — so we don't price them the same way.
Venue rental pricing is based primarily on the length of the booking. Hosted Curious Nature Experiences are priced according to the number of guests, length of the event, activity and materials required.
Tell us what you're planning and we'll provide a quote before you book.
A 50% deposit is required when the rental agreement is signed to secure your date.

A Few Things to Know
Events are available during the day, evenings and weekends, subject to availability. Venue rentals have a one-hour minimum. Setup and takedown time will be determined based on the needs of your event.
Food and outside catering are welcome. Some decorations are permitted with prior approval.
Hosted experiences are facilitated by Kalee and customized according to the group, activity and occasion.
A signed rental agreement and 50% deposit are required to confirm your booking.
